Classic Colorful Creamy Cole Slaw
Salad no 4 on the Salad run and another vegetarian salad coming up.
Just re-creating the classic coleslaw here. This is my favourite go to salad for sandwiches or as a side with so many dishes. I even like this with Dal and rice, mixes too beautifully. As kids we have had cole slaw or even plain mayonnaise to mix with rice as a full meal.
It’s a very simple recipe. Let’s go straight for it.
